Coded receipts from every client
Ledgerlite Receipts gives your clients a phone app that offers only your categories, so you get back a CSV plus receipt images in the same format from everyone. No per-client subscription.
How it works
- Configure once: build a chart-of-accounts CSV per client type (general and contractor starters included).
- Onboard in about 10 min: send the included email template with their CSV. They install from a link and import in one tap.
- They code it: photo, total, split across your codes, vendor, payment method.
- You collect: a Bookkeeper ZIP (CSV + images) weekly or monthly. Xero/QBO CSVs are also available; test one import first.

License in short
You may set up and share the tools with your licensed clients, self-host the app for them, and add your practice details to CSVs and emails. It's not white-label: Ledgerlite branding and notices stay on, and there's no resale or public posting.
Client data stays on each client's phone until they export it to you. We never receive it.
