How it fits together

1. Agree categories with your bookkeeper and import the CSV into the app.
2. Snap each receipt, split it by category, pick the vendor and payment method.
3. Export the Bookkeeper ZIP, or the Tracker / Notion CSV for your own books.

No OCR: you enter amounts and categories. Xero/QuickBooks CSVs haven't been verified against a live account yet. Data stays on your phone.
