Ledgerlite Receipts
$29 one-time. A phone web app for people who hate receipt shoeboxes and don't trust OCR guesses.
How it works
- Tap to take a photo of the receipt (or choose from your library).
- Enter the total and split it across one or more expense categories — the splits must add up.
- Pick a saved vendor or type a new one; choose a payment method.
- When your bookkeeper needs the records, export one ZIP: a CSV of every expense plus the receipt images.
Built for working with a bookkeeper
- Starter list of category codes included; import your bookkeeper's chart of accounts as a CSV (Code, Name, Active, Note).
- Summary screen: see spending by category for this month, last month, year to date or any dates — total, count and a % bar per GL code; tap a category to see its receipts. Optional breakdown by payment method and top 10 vendors.
- Payment methods you control: one-tap chips (last used first) or type a new one; add, rename, reorder or turn off methods in settings.
- Install button: one tap to add it to your home screen (iPhone gets a short Share → Add to Home Screen guide). Works offline.
- Exports: Bookkeeper ZIP (CSV + receipt images, with a Share button on supported phones), Tracker CSV that pastes into the Ledgerlite Invoice Tracker's Expenses tab, Notion CSV for the Freelancer OS Income & Expenses database, plus Xero bills and QuickBooks Online bank CSVs (not yet verified against a live account, so test one import with your bookkeeper).
- No account, no subscription. Data is stored on your phone; back it up with the export. iPhones may clear website data for apps you rarely open, so export regularly.
